Dr. Dennis Fitzgerald joined ENT & Allergy Associates of Florida after 35 years of private practice in Washington, DC and seven years in the Jefferson Hospital ENT Department in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Fitzgerald received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed an internship at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, WA. Dr. Fitzgerald’s ENT residency was completed at the Oregon Health Science Center in Portland, OR.

Dr. Fitzgerald served in the United States Air Force for five years and in 1981 Dr. Fitzgerald completed a Neurotology Fellowship at Ear International in Los Angeles, CA. He established his private practice in Otology / Neurotology in Washington, DC.

Dr. Fitzgerald is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a member of The American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of The Neurotology Society, and a past member of The Board of Vestibular Disorders Association.

Dr. Fitzgerald trained ENT residents in the Georgetown University ENT program for 35 years. He has had numerous articles published in peer-reviewed journals relating to Neurotology.
