Trisha Lyn
Formichetti, AuD

Dr. Formichetti received her Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2003, where she graduated with Honors. She completed her undergraduate coursework at the Florida International University in 1996.

She has experience in a variety of clinical settings such as ENT practice, hospital, a pediatric audiology group, and the Salvation Army. She has been practicing audiology for five years.

As a Doctoral student, Dr. Formichetti served on the Board for the National Association of Future Doctors of Audiology. She was also recognized with the National Officer Leadership Scholarship in 2000.

Dr. Formichetti is now a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Florida Academy of Audiology. She is Board Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association.

Dr. Formichetti is also a Clinical Supervisor for numerous universities for both third and fourth year students in the Doctor of Audiology Program.
